Scholarship
Welcome to the Kansas State Delta Chi Educational Foundation Website
Since the foundation’s creation in 1998, we have experienced incredible success in providing scholarship opportunities and programming to Kansas State students. During this time we have created seven new endowed scholarships, sponsor attendance at the Delta Chi Leadership College, and assisted in establishing a computer lab and wiring/furnishing the Delta Chi chapter house. This is only the beginning as the foundation continues to work with current undergraduates, alumni, parents and friends to serve the students at Kansas State.
On this website you will find information about the history of the foundation, scholarships offered by the foundation and opportunities to get involved.
Even with the outstanding support of the last few years, there is still much more that is left to be done and we still need your help. Please consider becoming involved in the foundation in some capacity. Whether it is a board member, volunteer, making an in-kind donation, establishing a scholarship or making a financial contribution, your help is needed. To find out ways in which you can become involved please e-mail or call the number below.
Six of these scholarships also provide funds to deserving members of the Chapter in the form of the Komatz Memorial Scholarship for the Brother of the Semester Award and also the Niemeyer Scholarship which will go to the Associate Member of the Semester twice a year as does the Edwards Memorial and the Brightman Scholarship for the Otto Leadership Award. The Killingsworth Scholarships benefit the “A”, “D” and one person to attend the International Convention or Sen. Jackson Leadership Conference. Another endowed scholarship has provided a large boost to the Chapter's recruitment program. They provide new names and contact information while at the same time providing scholarships to qualified students across the State.
